快速开始link

纯静态项目，无需构建：

1. 直接用浏览器打开 noxia/index.html 预览完整效果
2. 如需本地服务，可使用任意 HTTP 服务器：

• 该模板为纯前端静态页面，表单提交依赖 assets/mail.php，部署时需配置后端接口
• 包含 9 种首页变体，可根据行业或品牌风格任选其一进行二次开发
• 移动端导航默认断点为 991px，通过 #mobile-menu 的 meanScreenWidth 参数可自行调整
